Welcome to Hugo’s FAQ

We know a visit to Hugo’s can come with a few questions—like where to park, how to find the door, or whether we have gluten-free options. To make your experience as smooth as possible, we’ve answered some of the most common questions below. Whether you’re planning a night out, ordering takeout, or just exploring our menu, we want your visit to feel effortless from start to finish.

Where can I park?

Parking is located directly behind the building. We share a lot with Meals on Wheels—if you see their fleet of delivery cars, you’re in the right spot.

Where is the entrance?
From the parking lot, walk back toward University Avenue. Our door is labeled Main Entrance.

Do you offer gluten-free options?
Yes! We offer gluten-free pizza crusts and take special care when preparing them (changing gloves, using a separate pizza paddle, switching cutting boards, and cooking on a pan). However, because our dough is made fresh in-house and all pizzas are cooked in the same wood-fired oven, cross-contamination may occur.

What if I have dietary restrictions?
We’ll always do our best to accommodate. Please contact the restaurant before your visit and let your server know right away about any dietary needs.

Do you have vegan or vegetarian options?
Yes! We offer dairy-free cheese, and our menu items are clearly marked:

  • VG – Vegetarian

  • V – Vegan

  • DF – Dairy-Free

  • GF – Gluten-Free

Do you sell gift cards?
Yes! Hugo’s gift cards are available in-house. Please note they can only be used at Hugo’s and do not transfer to our partner restaurant, Table 128.

Do you have non-alcoholic options?
Yes! We offer a spirit-free cocktail as well as an N/A beer option.

Do you offer pickup or delivery?
Yes! Order through DoorDash for pickup or delivery, or call the restaurant directly for carryout.

You were a little hard to find—where exactly are you?
We know—we like to think of ourselves as a hidden gem! Hugo’s shares a building with WesleyLife Meals on Wheels. Look for their sign and our patio off of University Avenue.

Are you connected to Meals on Wheels/WesleyLife?
While we share the building and support their mission, Hugo’s is independently owned and operated by Chef Lynn Pritchard.

Do you have a corkage fee for wine?
Yes, $20 per bottle.

Do I need a reservation?
Reservations are not required, but we strongly encourage them—especially on nights and weekends.
